The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:

- A 24-year-old Carson City cashier was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Saturday on the corner of Dori Way and Carmine Street on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic control device, open container of alcohol, driving with no proof of insurance and seatbelt required. Bail was set at $3,700.

- Kerry James Weaver, a 22-year-old Carson City construction worker, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Saturday on the corner of Dori Way and Carmine Street on suspicion of felony parole and probation violation and open container of alcohol. Bail was set at $187.

- A 22-year-old Gardnerville cabinet maker was arrested at 4:16 a.m. Saturday on the corner of King and Valley streets on suspicion of misdemeanor first-offense driving under the influence, failure to obey a traffic control device and seatbelt required. Bail was set at $1,311.

- A 48-year-old Carson City chef was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor first-offense driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane and failure to stop. Bail was set at $1,346.

- Richard Lee Sutton, a 47-year-old Carson City truck driver, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of North Carson Street on a misdemeanor detainer out of Douglas County. He was placed on a no-bail hold.

- A 36-year-old, unemployed transient was arrested at 6 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of Carson Street on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply. Bail was set at $3,000.

- A 20-year-old, unemployed transient was arrested at 12:53 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of Alpine Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a revoked license, driving with no proof of insurance, obtaining and using the personal identifying information of another person for unlawful purposes and a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for violation of suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,771.

- Donald Mitchell Petker, a 37-year-old Carson City electrician, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of Alpine Street on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor warrants: two for criminal contempt and one for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,234.

- Mario Alberto "Dopey" Morris, a 19-year-old Carson City construction worker, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. Thursday on Highway 395 at Lakeview Hill on suspicion of felony unlawfully possession of firearm by a minor, discharge of a firearm in public, unlawful to carry loaded rifle or shotgun in moving vehicle and affray. Bail was set at $50,000.

n Deputies responded to the following calls:

- Five reports between 9:01 and 10:21 a.m. Saturday of property damage or graffiti in the 1500 block of Continental Drive, the corner of East Winnie and North Roop Streets, the 300 block of Hot Springs Road, the 1500 block of North Carson Street and the 600 block of Hot Springs Road.

- A report at 9 a.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of South Carson Street of a hit-and-run-accident that occurred during the night.

- A report at 2:20 a.m. Friday on the corner of Fairview Avenue and Saliman Road of a suspicious vehicle led to an arrest for suspicion of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent use of an ATM card and violation of curfew.

- A report at 8:12 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Mountain Street of a vehicle injury that occurred during the night.

- A report at 12:16 p.m. Friday of an unwanted subject in the 1700 block of North Carson Street. The man was taken into civil protective custody until sober.

- A report at 1:06 p.m. in the 1100 block of South Roop Street of a purse taken from a vehicle then later returned with all items still in it.

- A report at 3:28 p.m. in the 1000 block of Elm Street of a child in need of supervision. A granddaughter reported she was left alone with a 4-month-old baby.

- A report at 10:51 p.m. in the 100 block of Koontz Lane of a suicide threat. A woman had reportedly taken several pills and been drinking. She was foaming at the mouth.
