Warren E. Coverstone, 75, a Wellington resident for the past month, died Jan. 22, 2004, at Mountain View Care Center. He was born Dec. 25, 1928, in Michigan to Robert and Neva Meyers Coverstone.
Before moving to Wellington, he lived in Dyer.
Mr. Coverstone owned and operated Warren's Auto in Bishop, Calif., for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Shaner.
Among his survivors are his son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Lois of Wellington; daughter, Mary Miller of Bishop; and grandchildren Hilary Miller and Andy Miller, both of Reno, and Portia Cason of England.
A private family service will be at a later date.
