A memorial service for Marcela Fabiana Boichuk, 34, a Carson City resident for the past six years, will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, 1750 N. Mountain St.
Mrs. Boichuk died July 14, 2004, in Tonopah in a car accident. She was born Feb. 5, 1970, in Moscow to Elisio and Maria Balmarch.
She graduated from college in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a teaching degree.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Mar del Plata, Argentina.
Mrs. Boichuk was most recently a bartender at Carson Lanes. She was selected as the 2001 Nevada Appeal Readers Choice for Best Waitress in Carson City.
She was preceded in death by her brother.
Among her survivors are her children Jonathan Fabre, Stephanie Robinson and Christian Robinson, and fiance Michael Powers.
