A celebration of Linda McNeill Guile's life will be at 10 a.m. July 10 at Round Hill Pines Resort.
Mrs. Guile died June 18, 2004, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital after a brief illness. She was born Feb. 14, 1948, in Glendale, Calif., to Gordon and Lousie Hames.
A resident of Topaz Ranch Estates, she was a dealer at Topaz Lodge and Casino. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, woodworking and spending time with friends and family.
She was proceeded in death by her father.
Among her survivors are her husband, Jerry Guile of Topaz Ranch Estates; mother, Louise Hames of Smith Valley; son, Ryan McNeill of South Lake Tahoe; brother, Richard Hames of Gardnerville; sisters Diana Hermann of Gardnerville and Vickie Sannebeck of Smith Valley; grandchildren Cole and KC of Gardnerville; nieces Carrie Herman, Christina Hermann, Kaylee Hames and Devanee Schaefer, all of Gardnerville, and Amanda Hames of Dayton; and nephews Kevin Hermann of Gardnerville and Douglas and Austin Sannebeck of Smith Valley.
Cremation will be at Walton's Carson Sierra Crematory in Carson City.
