The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 76-year-old retired military man from Carson City was arrested at 12:33 p.m. Sunday on Curry Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $2,632.
• A 33-year-old painter from Carson City was arrested at 3:09 a.m. Monday at Carson Street and Nye Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor no headlights and drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,199.
• Krystal Lee Over, 18, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. Sunday in the 3300 block of Sherman Lane on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.
• John Bustamante, 57, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a Santa Clara, Calif., felony fugitive from justice warrant. No bail was set.
• A 53-year-old appraiser from Carson City was arrested at 7:34 p.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of Tablerock Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
• A 20-year-old cashier from Carson City was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of North Saliman Road on suspicion of failure to complete community service. Bail was set at $755.
Deputies responded to the following calls:
• A stereo was stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of Jeanell Drive at 11:51 a.m. Saturday.
• An man reported he was forced to shoot and kill his attacking dog Saturday at 2:48 p.m. in the 2200 block of Table Rock Drive.
• A window on a business in the 3700 block of Highway 50 East was shot out with a BB gun sometime between Saturday night and Sunday at 9 a.m.
