• With the exception of emergency services, state and Carson City government offices will be closed.
• The Carson City Marriage Bureau, 885 E. Musser St., will be open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• The Carson City Sheriff's Department front offices will be closed.
• All area Senior Citizens Centers will be closed.
• The Carson City Public Library is closed.
• The Northern Nevada Children's Museum is closed.
• The Boys & Girls Club will be closed Monday and again on Thursday and Friday for staff CPR and first-aid training.
• Carson City's Community Center will be closed.
• All banks queried, including Business Bank of Nevada, Bank of the West, Heritage Bank and Irwin Union Bank, will be closed.
• The Nevada Appeal will be delivered as usual, but business offices will be closed.
