A memorial Mass for Eileen Naoma Elbert, 86, a Dayton resident for the past five years and Carson City resident for 15 years, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Dayton.
Mrs. Elbert died Nov. 8, 2004, in Carson City. She was born May 27, 1918, in Tiff City, Mo., to Albert and Myrtle Beckworth Williams.
She married Christopher Elbert on May 23, 1939, in Missouri. He preceded her in death in August 1999.
Mrs. Elbert loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. She also enjoyed sewing and baking.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Coffer, and son, James.
Among her survivors are sons and daughters-in-law Billy Jack and Grace of Klamath Falls, Ore., and Jerald and Lori of Oasis; daughter-in-law and husband, Jackie and Juan Sandoval of Carson City; son-in-law, Rex Coffer of California; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, is in charge of arrangements.
