A service for George Reyna, 79, a Carson City resident for the past 13 years, will be at noon Saturday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mr. Reyna died Nov. 10, 2004, at his home. He was born April 10, 1925, in San Antonio, Texas, to Fredrico and Angela Reyna.
He married Rita March 10, 1951, in Reno.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Riverside, Calif., for 11 years and Long Beach, Calif., for 22 years.
Mr. Reyna was an aircraft final inspector at Boeing Aircraft for 42 years. He was a member of St. Teresa of Avila.
He served in the U.S. Army Company E 115th Infantry in World War II and fought at Normandy.
Among his survivors are his wife; daughter, Christine Dageford of Palm Desert, Calif.; son, Charles Reyna of Hawaii; sister, Bertha Schement and brothers Fred and Louis, both of San Antonio; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
