A celebration of life for Lillie B. White, 80, a Carson City resident for the past three years, will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the family residence, 901 Peridot Court, Indian Hills.
Mrs. White died Nov. 9, 2004, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital.
She was born Aug. 24, 1924, in Alabama, to Wiley and Lillie Mae Goodwin Strange.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived at Lake Tahoe for 23 years.
Mrs. White enjoyed gambling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold.
Among her survivors are her son Donnie of South Lake Tahoe; sons David and wife Margaret and Grady T., all of Carson City; sister, Ruby Glass of Alabama; grandchildren Jeremy White of Casper, Wyo., Kevin White and Michelle Perry, both of South Lake Tahoe, Matthew Perry of Louisiana and David Page of South Lake Tahoe; and three great-grandchildren.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
