A memorial service for Thomas Harold Helms, 62, a Carson City resident, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Canyon View Assembly in Foresthill, Calif., with Pastor Anderson presiding.
Mr. Helms died Nov. 10, 2004, at Washoe Medical Center. He was born Nov. 15, 1941, in Bakersfield, Calif., to Garmon N. and Mary E. Helms.
He graduated from Huntington Beach High School in 1959.
He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years.
Among his survivors are his mother, Mary E. Everett of Foresthill; brother, Jimmie D. of Bakersfield, Calif.; sisters Roma McIntyre of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Kathy Meyers of Foresthill; wife, Michelle, of Carson City; sons Thomas H. and Jody L. of Potter Valley, Calif.; daughters Janice Burk of Ukiah, Calif., and Gina Monsen of Oroville, Calif.; grandchildren Marshall, Kimber-Lee, Mackenzie and Austin.
Mountain View Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
