A celebration of life for Lorril Kathryn "Lorrie" Ellifritz will be at 11 a.m. Friday at The Gardens Funeral Home in Fallon.
Mrs. Ellifritz died Sept. 2, 2004. She was born Jan. 18, 1955, in Nampa, Idaho, to Joseph and Duna Crawford Hayes. She was the fourth of 10 children.
She spent most of her life in Nevada and graduated from Carson City High School.
She married Robert West in 1973. He preceded her in death in 1978. She later married Stuart Ellifritz.
Mrs. Ellifritz became a police officer in 1987, and served in Reno for one year and Fallon for 13 years.
Among her survivors are her parents of Pahrump; daughters and sons-in-law Nicole and Tom Reynolds of Reno and Savannah and Kenny Bateman of Fallon; daughter Halie Ellifritz of Fallon; sisters Cherie Dalyn, Colleen "Judy" Hayes, Holly Curry, Dee Dee Emery and Liz Allen; brothers Chris Hayes, Joe Hayes, JP Hayes and Marty Hayes; grandchildren Garret, Tommy, Cameron and Callie; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The Gardens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
