The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, zucchini, garlic bread, oranges.
Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, beets, citrus salad, fruit cobbler.
Wednesday: Ham, steamed cabbage, yams, plums, cookie.
Thursday: Burgers, fries and shake, baked beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, carrot salad, mixed fruit.
Friday: Garden soup, tuna salad, Tater tots, crackers, roll, peaches.
Silver Springs
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Hamburger with onion, lettuce and tomato, coleslaw, mixed fruit, oven potatoes.
Tuesday: Baked chicken salad, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce, potato salad, carrot sticks, grapes, crackers.
Wednesday: Barbecue beef, broccoli, pineapple-peach cobbler.
Thursday: Beef tips over noodles, California-mix veggies, pears, bread, butter, cake and ice cream.
Friday: Chili releno casserole, carrots and peas, apricots, rice, refried beans.
Fernley
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Monday: Sweet-and-sour chicken, steamed rice, egg roll, stir-fry veggies, mandarin oranges, fortune cookie.
Tuesday: Lasagna, green salad, mixed veggies, peach crisp, French bread.
Wednesday: Pot roast, carrots, potatoes, onions, green salad, pineapple with cottage cheese, whole-wheat roll.
Thursday: Liver and onions, spinach, mashed potatoes, gravy, mandarin oranges, bread.
Friday: Ham and beans, pineapple with cottage cheese, mixed veggies, cornbread.
Storey County
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas and carrots, mandarin orange salad, chocolate pudding.
Tuesday: Orange rosemary pork chop, potatoes au gratin, broccoli, fruit.
Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, macaroni salad, corn, garlic bread, root beer float.
Thursday: New England corned beef dinner, pea salad, fresh fruit, cookie.
Friday: Cheese enchilada, Mexican rice, refried beans, berry cake.
