The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 35-year-old Wellington man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct Thursday at 11:12 p.m. after he refused to take a cab home when the driver of the car he was riding in, a 34-year-old homemaker from Wellington, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bail was set at $424, her bail was set at $3,628.
• Linda Ann Smith, 47, a computer vendor from Carson City, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Thursday on suspicion of conspiracy to sell a controlled substance. Also arrested were John Merriman, 41, a casino server, and Joseph Alan Robb, 33, a casino dealer, on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and sale of a dangerous drug. Smith's bail was set at $10,000. Merriman and Robb were both being held on $35,000 bail.
