A memorial service for Della Marie Swanson, 90, a Yerington resident for more than 30 years, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home in Yerington.
Mrs. Swanson died Dec. 1, 2005, in Yerington. She was born June 16, 1915, in Jackson Hole, Wyo., to John and Gertrude Francis.
Mrs. Swanson was an executive secretary for McDonald Douglas in California for more than 30 years before retiring.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and her husband, Ken.
Among her survivors are her sisters-in-law Renee Francis of Las Vegas and Carleen Francis of Emmett, Idaho; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to any Humane Society.
Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
