The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 34-year-old student from Carson City was arrested at 4:51 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway on suspicion of destruction of property. She allegedly pried open a cash register in the hospital's closed cafeteria and stole $90, along with a bag of pistachios and a Coke. The pistachios were returned to the cafeteria. The empty Coke can and cash were turned in as evidence. Her bail was set at $1,479.
• Jose Trejo, 25, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Wednesday on Woodside Drive on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.
• A 53-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday near Little Lane on suspicion of domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $3,539.

• Two rocks were thrown through the window of a home in the 2500 block of Ridgecrest Drive at 3:18 a.m. Thursday.
• A commercial burglary occurred over the Thanksgiving holiday in the 700 block of East William Street.
• A mother reported Wednesday her daughter spent $340 on her credit card without permission.
• A mother reported at 5:51 p.m. her 13-year-old son was battered by an adult driving a "gray, rusty, Mustang" about 3:30 p.m.
• A father reported at 9:14 p.m. his 19-year-old daughter's boyfriend beats her.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
• A larceny report in the 2900 block of Truckee Street in Silver Springs at 10:53 a.m.
• Fight report on Hardie Lane in Fernley at 5:06 p.m.
• Coroner responded to the 300 block of Bayhill Circle in Dayton Valley at 9:48 p.m.
• Animal complaint in the 300 block of West Main Street in Fernley at 9:58 p.m.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
• A person trying to place an international call accidentally called 911 at 10:12 a.m.
• A fake $50 bill was passed in the past three weeks at a North C Street business.
• A father reported at 5:27 p.m. a dog tackled his 12-year-old daughter and took her backpack on Tom Sawyer Way. The dog did not bite the child.
• A woman reported at 7 p.m. her house on Canyon Way was burglarized.
