Crime Report

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 41-year-old Nevada Appeal employee was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Sunday at Woodside and Stanton drives on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $416 cash.

• A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:11 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of misdemeanor speeding, open container, no valid driver's license and drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,643.

• A 49-year-old disabled Carson City man was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of East Park Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132. A 43-year-old Carson City woman was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor alternative sentencing violation. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.

• A 34-year-old Frito Lay distributor from Carson City was arrested at 4:33 p.m. Saturday in the 3800 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. Bail was set at $1,500 cash.

• A 28-year-old bartender from Carson City was arrested at 11:13 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $885 cash.

• A 57-year-old meat cutter from Carson City was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic matter. Bail was set at $881 cash.

Lyon County

• A report of a fight in the 300 block of Willow Way in Fernley at 12:45 a.m. Saturday.

• A report of a drunken driver on Goldfield Avenue in Mason Valley at 1:32 a.m. Saturday.

• A report of a drunken driver on Highway 339 in Mason Valley at 4:10 a.m. Saturday.

• A report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Jasper Lane in Dayton at 7:54 a.m. Saturday.

• A burglary of a vehicle in the 1600 block of Round Up Road in Fernley at 9:27 a.m. Saturday.

• A residential burglary in the 1600 block of Meadows Avenue in Fernley at 9:48 a.m. Saturday.

• A grand larceny of a vehicle in the 700 block of Earth Circle in Fernley at 11:50 a.m. Saturday.

• A report of a shoplifter in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East in Dayton at 1:22 p.m. Saturday.

• A report of a domestic dispute in the 8700 block of Santa Fe Trail in Stagecoach at 7:35 p.m. Saturday.

• A report of a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Dixie Lane in Fernley at 10:20 p.m. Saturday.

• A medical emergency resulting from a battery on Highway 339 in Mason Valley at 11:47 p.m. Saturday.
