The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Kenneth Walden Erbaugh Jr., 31, an environmentalist from Carson City, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. Monday on North Carson Street on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $30,000.

• Jose Luis Escobar Olivo, 22, a landscaper from Carson City, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. Monday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony trafficking and driving without a license. His bail was set at $20,000. Also arrested was Arturo Figuero, 20, of Dayton on suspicion of trafficking. His bail was set at $20,000.

• Michael Travis Winn, 25, a transient, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on felony suspicion of battery by a prisoner. Winn allegedly beat another inmate in the head with a plastic cup and called him names. The victim of the alleged assault is being held on child-pornography charges. Winn was originally in custody on a petty larceny charge and probation violation.

• Kent Blevins, 36, an equipment operator from Sparks, was arrested Monday at 3:25 p.m. in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue on suspicion of failing to appear. Bail was set at $2,000.

n The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• An emergency-room patient battered staff at the hospital at 7:10 a.m. Saturday.

• A sliding-glass door was possibly shattered by a BB at 9:25 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Pioche Street.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Destruction-of-property report in the 500 block of East Main Street in Fernley at 3:43 p.m.

• Threats report in the 2700 block of Ramsey Street in Silver Springs at 3:55 p.m.

• Residential burglary report in the 400 block of Vine Street in Fernley at 4:58 p.m. A felony arrest was made.

• Felony arrest on Main Street in Fernley at 10:53 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Two snowmen were vandalized on Rue De La Divoire in Lockwood at 9:47 p.m.

• A vehicle struck a guardrail on Interstate 80 in Lockwood at 11:15 p.m.
