Jeanne Rego Hardin

Jeanne Rego Hardin, 71, a 20-year resident of Carson City, died Dec. 16, 2005, at home.

She was born July 23, 1934, in Maui, Hawaii, to Joseph Jr. and Isabelle Costa Rego.

She graduated from Menlo Atherton High School, Menlo Park, Calif., in 1952.

She was a real estate agent for numerous agencies, including Coldwell Banker, United Brokers and Ponte Realty.

Among her survivors are daughters Deborah Barnes Moore of Bloomfield Village, Mich., Patricia Lee Barnes of Santa Cruz, Calif., and Donna Jean Hardin-Bennert of Carson City; sisters Carmen Amadio of Pollock Pines, Calif., Jolyne Rego, of Maui, Hawaii; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
