A memorial service for Stephen G. Borsh, 87, a Stagecoach-Carson City resident for the past month, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.
Mr. Borsh died Feb. 5, 2005, in Carson City.
He was born Aug. 19, 1917, in Omaha, Neb., to Frank and Anna Kasza Borsh.
Mr. Borsh was a retired member of the Teamsters Union. He enjoyed garage sales and traveling in his truck.
He lived in Chico, Calif., for 45 years.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Among his survivors are his sons Richard of Stagecoach, Stephen of Citrus Heights, Calif., and Jerome of Tacoma, Wash.; daughter, Margaret Layton, of Elko; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
