March 5 will be the 19th version of the Carson Valley Chukar Club fund-raiser.
That event will be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
The doors will open to attendees at 5 p.m., dinner will be ready to go and the evening's program is slated to begin at about 7.
The cost is $25 per person or $15 for anyone under the age of 18 (those younger folks must be accompanied by an adult).
The admission fee includes barbecued Tri-Tip steak sandwiches with homemade beans, and tossed salad.
According to Ron Pierini, the fund-raiser Chairman, "We expect another full house and would remind everyone to purchase your tickets early, because this event has become so popular. We can only accommodate the first 500 people with tickets. I would not risk ticket availability at the door. Please plan ahead and purchase your tickets early."
For information or to purchase tickets, call Pierini at 782-9903.
