A graveside service for Christopher Ryan Rosky, 15, a lifetime Carson City resident, will be at 3 p.m. today at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
Christopher died Feb. 22, 2005, at his home. He was born April 27, 1989, in Carson City, to Brian Rosky and Sheri Shaw.
He was a sophomore at Carson High School. He excelled in hockey and enjoyed snowboarding and wakeboarding at Lake Tahoe.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Chuck and Joyce Bates.
Among his survivors are his father and mother, sister Annaliese M. Rosky and brother Nicholas D. Rosky, all of Carson City; nephew Cody Rosky; aunt and uncle Gina and Dave Price; uncle John Rosky; aunt Bernice Rosky; uncle and aunt Leonard and Kim Dudley; grandparents Bill and Lynn Shaw; great-grandparents Cory and Ruth Gronenendal and many cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made at U.S. Bank for the Christopher Rosky fund.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
