A funeral for Mel Lee Murchison, 54, of Cameron Park, Calif., will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Church in Placerville, Calif.
Mr. Murchison died Jan. 26, 2005, in Reno.
He was born to Arch and Marian Murchison.
He was preceded in death by his father; and son, Matthew.
Among his survivors are his mother; daughter, Monica Gustafson; stepdaughter, Brooke Slocum; son-in-law Scott Gustafson; grandson Connor Murchison and fiancee Xochiquetzali Sanchez of Mexico.
Memorial contributions may be made to Monica Gustafson, 1440 Purple Sage Drive, Gardnerville, NV 89460. The donations will be used to cover expenses.
