A celebration of life for Lee Hawthorne, 67, a Carson City resident for the past 10 years, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at FitzHenry's Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at FitzHenry's.
Mr. Hawthorne died Jan. 30, 2005, at home. He was born July 18, 1937, in Wilburton, Okla., to Elmer L. and Lucille Johnson Hawthorne.
He married Linda Peterson May 20, 1995, in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Concord, Calif.
Mr. Hawthorne was a house painter.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Randy Lynn; and granddaughter Jessica Coller.
Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City; son, Randy of Concord; daughters Sandra Coller of Freeport, Calif., and Heather Lee Hawthorne of Bridgeport, Calif.; mother of Carson City; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; aunt and uncle Roy and Betty Jones; and uncles Luther and Leo Hawthorne.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
