A funeral Mass for Louise L. LeFever, 77, a Carson City resident for the past 28 years, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at FitzHenry's Funeral Home.
Mrs. LeFever died July 9, 2005, in Carson City. She was born Feb. 18, 1928, in Los Angeles to Clarence and Marie Wine Doerksen.
She married Allen LeFever July 26, 1947, in San Gabriel, Calif.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in La Puente, Calif.
Mrs. LeFever worked in the security department at Harrah's Lake Tahoe as a secretary.
She enjoyed collecting dolls, gems and jewelry. She was very active in her community in Southern California.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Ryan Mitchell Wynn in 2004.
Among her survivors are her husband, and son Allen both of Carson City; sons Mike of San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Guy of Genoa; daughters Terry LeFever-Felter, Lyndi LeFever-Wynn and Susette LeFever-Hunt, all of Carson City; brother, Don Doerksen of Oak Hills, Calif.; sister, Madeline Doerkson Woodliff of Hesperia, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
