A graveside service for Jacqueline Frances Myers, 79, a Dayton resident for the past eight years, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, Calif.
Mrs. Myers died July 17, 2005, in Reno. She was born Jan. 7, 1926, in Tooele, Utah, to Michael Ralph and Unadell Slater Lynch.
She married Joe Myers on Nov. 26, 1944, in Los Angeles. They were married 53 years before his death in 1997.
Before moving to Dayton, she lived in Riverside, Calif., and Gardena, Calif.
Mrs. Myers worked as a microelectronic technician for the aerospace industry.
She enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing, reading and American history.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son Donald.
Among her survivors are her children Gary of Dayton and Gail Acuna of Torrance, Calif.; brothers James Crawford of Polson, Mont., and Harry Crawford of Barbados; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
