A week later, park rangers are still watching Lake Lahontan in the hopes of finding the bodies of a Virginia City man and another unidentified man believed drowned over Memorial Day weekend.

Lyon County Sheriff's Deputy Jeff Page said crews will continue to monitor the reservoirs shores until the swimmers are found.

"We will maintain constant surveillance," he said. "We want to find them. I want to get them back to mom and dad."

Tim Easley, 21, a Reno college student, was last seen when he jumped from a boat carrying about seven others off Beach 6 on the Silver Springs side of the lake.

On Monday, campers reported seeing another man struggling to swim around 5:30 a.m. off Beach 7.

By the time they reached the area by boat, the man had gone under. His identity remains a mystery, but Page said it's possible the man is linked to the theft of two jet skis stolen between Saturday and Sunday.
