A viewing for Dana Ray "Danny" Lewis, 62, will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the family home in Gardnerville.
Mr. Lewis died June 5, 2005, of cancer. He was born April 18, 1943, in Griffin, Ga.
He spent most of his working years as a truck driver.
Mr. Lewis served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby M. Lewis.
Among his survivors are his wife, Carol; son, Danny; daughter-in-law, Rani; grandchildren Cameron and Katie; and siblings Roy, Freddie, Joan, Faye, Jerry and Randy.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a hospice.
