A memorial service for Marian Ann McKee, 69, a Gardnerville resident for the past 27 years, will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Topaz Ranch Estates County Park Building.
Mrs. McKee died June 9, 2005, in Carson City. She was born Sept. 19, 1935, in Newman Grove, Neb., to Albert Bernard and Hazel Johnson.
She married Bert J. McKee Jr.
Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived in Pasadena, Calif.
Mrs. McKee was a homemaker.
She taught Bible study fellowship at South Lake Tahoe and Carson City. She was a member of Topaz Community Church of the Open Bible in Topaz Ranch Estates She was also a member of the Bridgeport Baptist Church in Bridgeport, Calif. She was an instructor for Weight Watchers for several years in Carson City.
Among her survivors are her husband of 51 years of Gardnerville; sons Steven J. of Reno and Mark J. of Sacramento, Calif.; daughters Robin A. Williams of Carson City and Dana C. Thomas of Wellington; brothers Dale A. Johnson of Corina, Calif., and Don L. Johnson of Shelter Cove, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
