Carson High graduate Cameron Zink continues to make his mark on the professional mountain bike circuit.
The 19-year-old Zink, a 2004 CHS graduate, placed third on Sunday in Saalback Hinterglemm, Austria, against the World's best riders in the 10,000-euro purse event that included freestyle tricks.

Zink won the speed trials mountain bike race the weekend before at the Teva Mountain Games in Vail, Colo.
Zink, who is currently sponsored by Santa Cruz Bicycles and Oakley, will race again this coming weekend in Mt. Ste. Anne, Quebec, before heading to competitions in West Virginia and New Mexico.
Zink is a two-time USA Cycling Junior member and has competed in two world championships in the downhill event held in Switzerland and France. His events include downhill, 4 cross, freeride and slopestyle.
