Free fishing trips at OSA meeting

The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA), a local organization for hunters and fishermen, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the Carson Nugget Convention Center.

At that meeting, a total of 10 free fishing trips at North Lake Tahoe will be given away to club members, whose dues have been paid and who are present at the meeting.

Those fishing trips will be for Mackinaw (Lake) trout aboard Mickey Daniels' sport fishing boat "The Big Mack II."

This will be the sportsmen's club third, regular, indoor meeting of the year.

OSA meets on the third Tuesday of each month for the months of January-May, has outdoor picnics in the months of June-September and again back indoors for the months of October and November. There is no regular meeting in the month of December.

All OSA meetings, functions and activities are free of charge and open to all club members and to anyone else who is interested in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, etc.

The annual membership dues are $5 for adults and $2 for youngsters under the age of 16.
