Elsa Riesen, a Las Vegas resident, died Aug. 30, 2005, at Sunrise Hospital.
She lived in Carson City and Las Vegas.
Mrs. Riesen was a beautician for 40 years and retired from J.C. Penney in 2001.
She was a member of the Red Hatters. She enjoyed traveling, sewing and her family and friends.
Among her survivors are her sons Fred of Las Vegas, David of Maui and Mark of Carson City; grandchildren Jennifer, Mark Jr., Ashley and Trey; sister, Katya Dach; brothers Charlie and Dale Gorham; and many nephews and nieces.
A memorial service was held at Valley Funeral Home in Las Vegas.
