Amendments to Douglas County's master plan, part of the 10-year update to the plan, could be approved Tuesday at the Douglas County Planning Commission meeting, held in the Douglas County Administration Building, 1616 Eighth St. in Minden.
Planning commissioners could also approve modification of a planned development for Stone Creek LLC, subdividing 8.49 acres of the 50-acre planned development into 72 residential lots.
In addition to 34 duplex and 38 single-family units, plans include reduction of right-of-way width fro local streets from 60 to 37 feet and modification to allow reduction of the side-yard setback from 10 to 0 feet.
The Board of Commissioners waived the transfer developoment rights on Nov. 5, 1998 and the affordable housing agreement for these townhomes requires that all 72 units be sold to buyers whose total household income is 80 percent or less of the county median income.
