Against Galena, Douglas jumped out to an early 12-4 first-quarter lead sparked by eight points from Megan Michitarian.
Douglas used its full-court trap and a quick, slashing defense to get started.

Douglas takes on Damonte Ranch at home Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
