Carson Valley folks got in the holiday spirit for the second year in a row, and submitted their entries into the Carson Valley Arts Council Gingerbread Contest. The results are in for the contest that took place Dec. 16 at the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center.
The gingerbread contest was sponsored in part by the Carson Valley Inn and the Greater Nevada Credit Union and the Douglas County Parks & Recreation Office.
"The CVCT wishes to express its sincere thanks and appreciation for the support and assistance given by the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center and the Douglas County School District," said organizer Dennis Little.
