Atchison, Spiers to wed

Holly Atchison and John Spiers, both Reno residents, have announced their engagement; a fall wedding is planned at Edgewood, South Lake Tahoe.

Holly is the daughter of Donna and Mala Chizek of Minden and Dennis Atchison of Smith Valley. She is a 1996 graduate of Douglas High School and received her degree from University of Nevada, Reno, in 2000. She currently works in marketing at Circus Circus Hotel in Reno.

John is the son of Diane Spiers of Albany, Ore. He is a graduate of Chaparral High School in Las Vegas, and currently works for BeavEx in Reno.
