The Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Nevada awarded Carson Valley Lodge No. 33 of Gardnerville the Silver State Award for Excellence for the second consecutive year.
Carson Valley Lodge is the only lodge in the state to receive this award for a second time. Worshipful Master Larry W. Darling received the award during the Nevada Grand Lodge's 141st Annual Communication in Mesquite, Nov. 13-15.
Carson Valley Lodge meets monthly every third Tuesday. For lodge information, call 783-3444.
