Carson Valley Middle School is offering original recipes in a one-of-a-kind cookbook. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook go into a staff welfare fund, which funds special expenses that come up throughout the year for teachers and employees.
The cookbook is available for $8, and can be purchased at the Carson Valley Middle School office, 1475 Highway 395, Gardnerville.
This keepsake cookbook contains 180 recipes from the kitchens of group members, family and friends. The dishes include appetizers, main dishes, desserts and family favorites. For information, call Teri Hyman at 782-2265.
