Members of the Carson Valley Art Association and Nevada Art Association will be combining efforts to present an art show to be on display at Carson Valley Inn in Minden Monday and Tuesday in the Shannon Ballroom. This is the second annual Fourth of July exhibit at the casino. All paintings will be for sale.
"This is a big event and a very successful one which adds another activity to local and visiting tourists' schedules," said CVAA President Beth Bosmans. "It also extends the celebration of Minden's 100th Birthday Celebration which takes place on the 2nd of July at the gazebo in Minden Park."
Artists participating are to bring their paintings to CVI downstairs in the Shannon Ballroom between 3-6 p.m. on Sunday and plan to pick them up on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
