The Douglas girls' soccer team remained unbeaten at home in four tries, shutting out the Wooster Colts 4-0 Saturday.
Morgan LeFever had a goal and two assists to lead the way as the Tigers had all cylinders clicking on offense, peppering the Wooster net with 30 shots.
"The intensity was great," Douglas coach Lorraine Fitzhugh said. "We've been working on that, just keeping up our intensity."
Douglas was also strong on defense, not allowing any shots on goal as Jamie Greer posted her second shutout of the season.
LeFever started the scoring off with her 41st career goal, getting an assist from Katie Nalder.
Delaney Battista followed with another goal, her first of the season, after Wooster couldn't clear the ball out of its own end. She gathered the ball in and put a strong shot on net for the goal.
Allie Freitas scored on a LeFever assist one minute later and Nalder wrapped up the scoring with her third goal of the year on another LeFever assist.
LeFever is now 10th all-time in goals scored in a career for the state and fifth all-time in the Northern 4A. All four players above her on the regional list attended Douglas.
Douglas is now 5-4-3 overall and 3-2-2 in Sierra League play.
