Platform: I belief that with hard work and dedication, the Ranchos GID can make the Gardnerville Ranchos a better place for families. Most of the Residents of the Gardnerville Ranchos are families. In addition to providing water, sewer and general improvement, it should be the responsibility of the Ranchos GID to provide its residents with adequate park facilities, user friendly pedestrian and bike paths, and other recreational opportunities. One way this could be accomplished is by requiring developers new to the Ranchos to subsidize and/or construct these facilities. Together, the Ranchos GID can help to "Build a better Ranchos."
