Platform: I am not a politician. I am a businessman whose experience and proven record of innovation will be a breath of fresh air in Nevada government.

I am firmly committed to bringing good jobs to every area of our state, not just the urban centers. Our opportunities in the renewable energy, wireless technology and security industries should be pursued and retained.

I believe nothing is more important than the education we provide for our kids, and our kids deserve so much more than what we are giving them. Improving literacy is the beginning; preparing our kids for the changing marketplace is the next challenge. Top businesses want top graduates, and our secondary education and university system must provide them. Not every child will go to college, however, and our service-driven economy demands that our schools provide better technical and vocational education that gives every child in Nevada the chance to earn a good living.

Quality health care coverage must be a reality for every Nevadan instead of a privilege for those who can afford it. There is no reason we should strive for anything less than full coverage for every person in our state. Seniors choosing between prescription drugs and power bills is an unacceptable situation. Parents struggling to pay for medicine their children need is offensive.

I will work to save you money by creating interstate health care purchasing pools, as well as bringing help to our small businesses to provide coverage for their employees.
