Tonight's Mexican dinner benefits children's program

A Mexican dinner to benefit the Alpine Children's Center's Home Visitor program and Alpine Kids program will be 5-6 p.m. tonight at the Diamond Valley School Gym. Cost is $8 for 11 years and older; $4 for ages 3-10 and free for 2 and younger. Take-out is available. Dinner consists of two enchiladas (one chicken and one cheese) choice of one for children's orders, refried beans and Spanish rice, tortilla chips and salsa with bottled water. Free entertainment is provided by "Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta" music by Katherine Dines. This family entertainment is presented by Choices for Children. Information, Edie Veatch, (530) 694-2934.
