Carson Valley general contractor Mark McKinney has a dealership with Armor Steel of Denver, Colo., to sell and set up steel buildings.
"I'm your one-stop shop for steel buildings," McKinney said. "You make one phone call and that's all you need."
McKinney bought his dealership about four months ago.
"As a contractor, I found people needed these buildings and were having a hard time finding them."
The buildings can be used for several different purposes.
"People can use them for stores, garages, shops, barns, any size you want, 150 feet wide to as long as you want."
The buildings can be ordered through McKinney and he can set them up.
He said the buildings have to go through engineering and the county permit process.
McKinney's MKM Builders Inc. has been building custom homes, doing remodels and custom cabinetry for four years and employees six people.
