A free workshop to create a button and bead Christmas tree hosted by Minden artist J. Renee Ekleberry is 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at Fast Frame, 1614 Highway 395, Minden.
There is no charge for this workshop which includes instruction and all the materials to make one 5-by-7 inch or 8-by-10 inch tree.
The workshop is appropriate for all ages and limited to the first eight people to make reservations.
