Dawn McClelland of Chula Vista, Calif., and Gary Hudson of Escondido, Calif., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tawni Hudson, to Patrick K. Clark, son of Dick and Barbara Clark of Gardnerville.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Hilltop High School in Chula Vista and is employed as a retail manager in customer service for PetSmart in La Jolla.
The future groom is a 2005 graduate of Douglas High School in Minden. Clark graduated Navy boot camp and sonar tech school and is currently serving in the U.S. Navy as a sonar technician, second-class in surface warfare. He is assigned to the USS Bunker Hill based in San Diego.
The couple plans to be married June 16, 2008, at Cuvier Park Wedding Bowl in La Jolla.
