Carson River Bank has new services

Qualified business customers of Carson River Community Bank can now make check deposits directly from their office using remote deposit.

The depositor scans a digital image of the check into a computer and then transmits that image to the bank.

"We're pleased to be able to give our business customers the ability to deposit checks without having to make a special trip to the bank," said Donna Kruger, customer service manager. "As much as we enjoy seeing them, we appreciate that they've got a business to run. They need their banking to be quick and convenient."

ACH origination is another recent addition to the products and services offered by Carson River Community Bank. ACH services available include direct deposit payroll, electronic funds transfer, and automated online bill payment. Courier service is also available.
