A 19-year-old Subway employee was charged with burglary Jan. 20, accused of breaking into the shop in the Wal-Mart shopping center.

Jessica Rose Canterbury was being held in Douglas County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Store owners identified her on a videotape that showed her entering the store and handing a sledgehammer to an accomplice.

She was identified on the tape wearing a black-hooded jacket with a white stripe that employees said she wears to work.

The video shows a white male wearing a green-hooded sweatshirt with a large white cross on the front.

He also was wearing dark pants, yellow work boots, a dark baseball hat and an orange bandanna covering his face.

The suspect reportedly looked at the camera and grabbed the cash register, put it down and returned to the rear of the store without taking anything.

He was shown opening the door to allow Canterbury access.

He apparently used the sledgehammer to open the door to the office.

The store owner said nothing appeared to be taken.

Deputies arrested Canterbury at her home.

They also took Brian Grecian, 23, into custody at the residence for a probation violation.

Deputies found an unloaded .357 Smith & Wesson under the mattress.

Since Grecian has two prior convictions for domestic battery and was in possession of a firearm, that part of the investigation was turned over to the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, according to court reports.

His blood-alcohol content was .010, also in violation of his probation.

Deputies also found two pipes commonly used to smoke marijuana which contained residue.

Grecian was in custody on $21,187 bail.
