Services are 11 a.m. Thursday for the brother of Washoe Tribal Chairman Waldo Walker, who was killed in an accident that occurred at Kimmerling Road and Highway 88 late Friday night.

Gardnerville resident Jason Carl Walker, 36, was killed when the 2003 Toyota Corolla he was riding in pulled out in front of a northbound semi-truck at about 10:25 p.m. Friday.

The funeral service for Walker, a member of the Washoe Tribe and a native Nevadan, will be at the Dresslerville Colony Gym.
