Kingsbury Grade reopened at 10:30 a.m. after at least one person was seriously injured in a three-vehicle accident this morning.
The accident occurred at about 7 a.m. when a gold sport utility vehicle traveling down the grade clipped the back of a snowplow.
The SUV careened into the side of a van following the snowplow up the Grade.
A witness said there were two people in the SUV and one person in the van. The two occupants of the snowplow were unhurt.
Kingsbury Grade was closed for more than three hours while the accident was investigated and cleared.
The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
