A Gardnerville Ranchos home destroyed when its owner committed suicide has been cleared and the lot is for sale for $190,000. The .42-acre lot at 1191 Manhattan is the subject of a probate sale. The home's owner, Robert Irvin Kellogg, 53, was found dead inside the home after firefighters extinguished the July 31, 2006, fire.
